Sam and Joyce Moore are the owners and rights holder of the trademark "Sam & Dave" and are the owner/operators of this site, which was erected to pay honor and tribute to the legacy of Sam & Dave, the duo The Original Soul Men, Sam Moore and Dave Prater. This site is, was and will remain part of the promotion of the only authorized DVD about Sam & Dave, The Original Soul Men which is quite a wonderful product that has won critical acclaim in many countries around the world.

It's a shame and totally disgusting that an alleged "fan" of Dave's has decided she has the right to cyber stalk Sam Moore and Joyce and other members of the Moore family.

That she feels it appropriate to do so on a site that recognizes and honors the legacy of music the duo created is really pathetic and seriously misguided.

The cyber stalker's postings to this site have all been removed and blocked though Sam & Joyce are certain she's not going to stop posting anywhere and everywhere she thinks she can get away with it. Cyberstalker is hell bent on continuing to libel, defame, malign, stalk, harass and otherwise seek to destroy Sam Moore's career, artistry, talent and contribution to the world of music.   

It's all terribly unfortunate and such posting not be tolerated here!
